Hearts of Oak claim five clubs are interested in signing their defender Nuru Sulley.

The centre-back was one of Ghana’s key performers at the just ended CHAN tournament where the Local Black Stars won silver.

His gallent displays at the back and unidentified clubs in Europe, Asia and on the continent are jostling for his signature.

“I can confirm to you that about five clubs in Europe, Asia and Africa have shown interest in our player Nuru Sulley,” Hearts MD Neil Amstrong-Mortagbe is quoted by the club’s official newspaper.

“He was the only Hearts of Oak player in the team and we all can attest to what he did for the team during the CHAN tournament.

“We at Hearts of Oak are delighted with this outcome and we are extremely happy these clubs have shown interest in the player, that is what we want and that is the way forward for some our players.”

Sulley played in all six matches at the African Nations Championship.
