Fifa referee Cecil Amatey Fleischer will handle the weekend's top-liner involving Hearts of Oak and New Edubiase in Accra.

The spotlight will be on the 28-year-old who became a Fifa license referee since 2008 as the two teams square it off at the Accra Sports Stadium in the late kickoff.

He will be assisted by Richard Kotey and Godwin Boateng on the lines.

Hearts are unbeaten this term and lie second with 10 points.

Edubiase are snapping at their heels in third place with 9 points.
