Former Asante Kotoko SC striker Ahmed Toure has parted ways with AS Vita Club on mutual termination, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

Toure requested that his contract be abrogated due to lack of playing time at the club since he joined in May 2019.

The 32-year old joined the DR Congo giants from ASEC Mimosas after an outstanding display in the Ivorian Ligue 1 where he scored 12 goals in the 2018/2019 season.

Toure previously played for Africa Sports, CS Sfaxien, El Gouna, ASEC Mimosas and Bechem United all on the African continent.

Having had a good record in the Ghana Premier League during his spells at Asante Kotoko and BechemUnited, Toure will fancy a return to Ghana.
