Former president of the Ghana Football Asssociation Kwesi Nyantakyi paid a visit to Upper West Regional Minister Dr. Hafiz Bin Salih on Friday.

The former FIFA Council member held a closed door meeting with the minister on matters of mutual interest.

Mr Nyantakyi, who hails from the region, has been a long-time friend of the Regional Minister.

The two held private discussion on a wide range of issues.

"Kwesi Nyantakyi, former GFA President was in my office for a discussion. I used the opportunity to wish him well in his trying time of his life. Allah is sufficient to his servant," Dr Hafiz Bin Salih posted on his social media handle.

The former CAF 1st vice-president is currently battling his life-time ban from football on corruption charges.

He has remained calm over the past two-years as he awaits the long-winding legal process to clear his name.
