Sekondi Hasaacas coasted to a smooth 2-0 win over King Faisal at the Essipong Stadium in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Two first-half strikes from skipper Richard Yamoah and Samuel Afful did the magic for the Doo Boys in front of home fans.

Faisal's recent form was not a big headache for Hasaacas who seem to have found their rhythm since the arrival of Yussif Basigi.

And, they just made an emphasis of that by scoring twice in the opening 45 minutes to pocket all the three points.

Yamoah's goal which came on the 15th minute had a touch of brilliance from the technique he applied to his finishing.

But was it Afful's wonder finish five minutes later that stole the show. The former Ghana U20 winger slalomed through the Faisal defensive network with the skill of a serial killer and split two challengers with perfect artistry before arrowing a darting drive which stretched the keeper to his elastic limit but yet found the bottom corner.

Any attempt by Faisal to score proved highly unsuccessful with both sides failing to create scorable chances in the entire second-half.

Hasaacas now occupy sixth place on the section with 19 points from 14 games.
