Ghanaian youth striker Benjamin Fadi scored a stoppage-time leveller for Värnamo but the Superettan side suffered a 2-1 loss against Myresjö to exit the Swedish FA Cup on Thursday evening.

The 19-year-old equalised for his side at the Myrvalla in the 94th minute but the host snatched a vital victory 2 minutes before the end of extra-time to book their place in the group stage at the expense of Fadi's Värnamo.

Fadi, who was a member of the 2013 Ghana U20 squad has netted four times in league games for Värnamo in the Superettan League and his goal on Thursday has soared his season's tally to five.

The former Kpando Heart of Lions young forward signed for Allsvenskan title-holders Malmo FF in January 2013 but was loaned out to Värnamo a season later.
