Former Accra Hearts of Oak diminutive winger Joe Tagoe has completed a two year deal with Ghana Premier League side Ebusua Dwarfs, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The sharp winger who is popular among Ghanaian football fans as ‘Bobby Shot, is looking to relaunch his sinking football career and has identified the Cape Coast side as the right place to realise his dream.

Joe Tagoe was recently in Nigeria to complete a deal with an unknown NPFL side but refused to sign for them when Ebusua Dwarfs expressed interest.

Tagoe had a memorable career with Hearts of Oak for his swift attacking dribbles and accurate passing skills.

He left Hearts of Oak for a club in Belgium but failed to complete the move and returned to Ghana to play for Accra Great Olympics.

Tagoe is expected to employ his experience and sharpness to help Ebusua Dwarfs maintain their top four finish.
