Former Yeni Malatyaspor and CFR Cluj midfielder Muniru Sulley under investigation for alleged match-fixing

Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Muniru Sulley has been placed under investigation for alleged match-fixing fraud.

The International Criminal Police Organisation, Interpol are on a hunt for the former Dynamo Minsk enforcer.

The Ghana branch of Interpol have received a request from their counterpart in Mauritania seeking to know the whereabout of the Ghanaian between October- November 2020.

It's unclear what has sparked the latest twist, but its believed to be related to Kotoko's CAF Champions League match against FC Nouadhibou.

Muniru Sulley, younger brother of former Ghana star Sulley Muntari, parted ways with the Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko after just two months.

But the international criminal organisation are on his heels over alleged match-fixing in a bizarre twist to the aborted CAF Champions League match against the Mauritania side.
