Forward Francis Kyeremeh climbs off bench to net 4th goal of the season in Zalgiris big win in Lithuania

Ghanaian forward Francis Kyeremeh continued with his outstanding form to the start of the Lithuanian A Lyga season as he scored in FK Zalgiris heavy away triumph.

Kyeremeh climbed off the bench to score one of goals as Zalgiris whitewashed FC Jonava 5-0 on Wednesday in a round 10 match.

The visitors took an early lead in the match at the Jonavos dirbtines dangos stadionas through Argentinian midfielder Nicolas Gorobsov.

Zalgiris added two more goals to increase their advantage before the break with the goals coming from Mantas Kuklys and Renan Oliviera.

Seven minutes into the second half of the encounter, Croatian forward Josip Tadic scored to add to the tally for Zalgiris.

Kyeremeh was brought on in the game in the 63rd minute when substituted Frenchman Fabien Ourega and got his name on the scoresheet five minutes later.

The 24-year-old has taken his goals scoring form adding Wednesday's goal to take his tally in the season to 4 goals and 2 assists in 10 appearances.
