As reported by Sportitalia, Genoa top brass are in talks with Belgrano on purchasing Argentinian 1998-born centre-back Cristian Romero, who might join Italy next summer. Serie A side have allegedly agreed with Piratas a 2€m move for the player, turning 20 next April 27. Playing first-team football since July 2016, Romero is not equipped with an additional EU passport, so far at least.
