Ghanaian striker Patrick Twumasi's situation remains unchanged at Hannover 96 as the German second-tier club refuse to use him.

Hannover 96 had made it clear that Twumasi is not in their plans and tried to sell him during the summer transfer window.

Even when the normal European market shut down, Hannover were in talks with clubs in Turkey where their window closed late, yet couldn't find a solution.

The striker remains at the club and was recently asked to train with the first team having trained with the reserve team in first few weeks of the season.

Twumasi wasn't named in the team's squad for Saturday's convincing win over Holstein Kiel and continues to hope for a change soon.

As things stand, Hannover are considering the striker to either Saudi Arabia or Qatar. Both countries transfer window is active.

Twumasi who joined Hannover from Alaves last year has two years remaining on his contract.
