Ex-Asante Kotoko coach Hans Dieter Schmidt says he will jump to an offer to return to the club.

The German is in the country to negotiate a payment plan of monies owed him by his former employers.

The Kumasi-based club were ordered by FIFA to pay a whopping 99,000 Euros to the 64-year-old for the illegal termination of his contract during the era of veteran administrator Major Yaw Larson in 2005.

But the former King Faisal trainer says he will relish a return to the club despite the seeming bad-blood between the two parties.

“I love Kumasi and why not I will love to return to the club if an opportunity comes my way,"Schmidt said.

" I love that part of Ghana very much and they’re really in my heart,”

Kotoko have already made an initial payment of US$ 40,000 to the coach.
