Ghana ace Mohammed Kudus makes quick injury return at Ajax

Ghana’s star midfielder Mohammed Kudus has started training after a swift recovery from injury at Dutch giants Ajax. 

GHANASoccernet.com had reported over the weekend the player is set for a quick return after making steady progress whiles on the sidelines.

Mohammed, who had a superb start to his career in Holland, suffered the set back on his UEFA Champions League debut for Ajax in the game against Liverpool back in October.

He hobbled of the pitch after just six minutes.

The former FC Nordsjaelland superstar was expected to return to the pitch next year, but after going through the necessary medical examinations and fitness routine, the 20-year-old has returned to training.

Mohammed could feature for the Eredivisie leaders when they hosts FC Utrecht in the Kings Cup game on Wednesday.

The swashbuckling midfielder joined Ajax in the summer transfer window for 9 million Euros and has since repaid the club with some scintillating performances.

He twice won the King of the Match and has scored a goal and provided three assists in three Eredivisie games.
