Ghana's 2015 AFCON qualification Group opponents are sweating over the fitness of star striker Emmanuel Adebayor ahead of their game against Guinea on Friday.

The Tottenham Hotspur striker has returned to international folds after an 18-month absence and is in Casablanca with the Togo squad where they are to play against Guinea in a Group E clash.

However, the 30-year-old must pass a late fitness test to mark his return for the Hawks since refusing to play in their FIFA World Cup qualifiers last year following a spat with then coach Didier Six after the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.

Togo play Guinea in Group E on today, before facing Ghana on 10 September.
