Ghana coach Maxwell Konadu says he is out to win the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) Cup Zone B tournament in Accra next month.

The sub-regional tournament, restricted to players plying their trades in the domestic leagues of qualified countries, will run from 21-28 November.

The local Black Stars will play Sierra Leone in the tournament's opener before engaging Benin and Burkina Faso.

Konadu says  his side will go into the competition with a positive mentality aimed at the trophy.

"Though we are not going to underrate our opponents in the group, we will ensure hard work and determination so that success will be ours at the end of the day."

Defending champions Togo are in Group B alongside Niger, Senegal and Gabon.

All matches for the competition will be held at the Accra Sports Stadium.
