Ghana vs Zimbabwe: Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac demonstrates intention to use youth as Kamaldeen, Kudus and Fatawu start

Black Stars coach Milovan Rajevac has showed faith in the youth by selecting five youngsters in his  starting line up  against Zimbabwe in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

The Serbian coach has demonstrated a strong desire to build a new team with this starting line up which has two youngsters making their debut in a highly competitive game.

Steadfast forward Fatawu Issahaku and goalkeeper  Jojo Wallocot have surprisingly made it into the Black Stars starting line up for the game against Zimbabwe.

Issahaku, the AFCON U-20 Best player got a couple of invites into the team but never made it to the match day squad.

In Milovan Rajevac’s first game in charge of the Black Stars, the 18-year old is set to make his debut.

England-born Ghanaian goalkeeper Jojo Wallocot also walks in to the starting line up taking over from Lawrence Ati Zigi the second choice goalkeeper under former coach Akonnor.

Kamaldeen Sulemana makes the starting line up for the second time in this World Cup qualifiers alongside Mohammed Kudus who returns from injury.

Coach Milovan Rajevac has a showed a clear case of giving youngsters who are performing at club level a chance to prove their worth in the senior national football team.
