Ghana Football Association (GFA) president Kurt Okraku has outlined the measures put in place regarding the FIFA coronavirus relief fund and the possible resumption of football activities in the country.

Football in the West African country has been suspended since March 16 after its government announced ban on all the public gatherings in the wake of the novel COVID-19.

Before the season was ground to a halt, the top-flight league was at its match week 15 stage, with Aduana Stars occupying the top spot in the standings.

In a press statement released on Thursday, the nation’s football governing body chief Kurt Okraku briefed clubs and all stakeholders on the COVID-19 relief package from FIFA.
