Ghana FA Boss Kwesi Nyantakyi inaugurates fan club in paternal home town

The President of the Ghana Football Association Kwesi Nyantakyi inaugurated a fan club in his paternal home town Kwaso, near Ejisu in the Ashanti Region on Sunday.

‘The Nyantakyi Fan Club- Kwaso’, the first to be established in the name of the Ghana FA boss in his father’s hometown was formed so many years ago with Kwesi Nyantakyi occasionally visiting them.

But the CAF ExCo member had to find time to supervise the inauguration of the Fan Club over the weekend.

With a membership of over 100 and mainly youth, Kwesi Nyantakyi joined them last month to hold a meeting with them after he was re-elected onto the FIFA Council during the CAF elections in Adis Ababa.

The affable FIFA Council member admirably assured his paternal cousins of his support to ensure the Fan Club is able to be an example for others to follow.

The Fan Club will not be as ordinary as others but will take up social responsibility programs to ensure Kwaso becomes a historic town.
