Ghana FA confirms Black Starlets to play Tanzania and Niger next month

The Ghana Football Association has confirmed the U-17 team will play two friendly matches against Tanzania and Niger as part of preparations for the African Junior Championship.

The Black Starlets will travel to Dar Es Salaam on Friday, 31 March before they take on their Tanzanian counterparts on Monday, 03 April  2017.

The team will then return to Ghana on Tuesday and play their Nigerien counterparts on Sunday April 16,2017 at the Accra Stadium.

The Black Starlets are placed in Group A of the African Youth Championship alongside hosts Gabon, Guinea and Cameroon.

The 2017 African Junior Championship will run from  14-18 May, 2017.
