New Edubiase United have been fined US$ 250 (Gh¢ 500) for sprinkling both solid and liquid items on the field of play before their match against Hasaacas.
The incident occurred during warm-up at the Essipong Stadium where they earned a 1-1 draw on the road.
The match officials captured the unprofessional behaviour in their report and such acts contravene Article 35(3)(a) of the Ghana FA Regulations.
Edubiase are third-bottom with four points after five rounds of matches.
