Ghana Football Association officials are inspecting facilities at their team base camp for next year's World Cup finals in Brazil.

Head coach Kwesi Appiah has been key in the decision taking process alongside officials of theYouth and Sports Ministry who were in Brazil for the draw.

"We are looking for a team base camp and that has taken us to three or four hotels," Ghana FA President Kwesi Nyantakyi disclosed.

"We will do an evaluation of all the hotels we have visited and then select the most appropriate one for the team baring in mind the criteria we have for selecting a team base camp."

Ghana will play could end up pitching camp in Salvador which is geographically between the three match venues for their Group G matches.

The Black Stars open their tournament campaign against USA on 16 June in Natal and then face Germany five days later in Fortaleza.

Ghana's final match will be against Portugal in the capital Brasilia on 26 June.
