The Ghana FA is set to meet the Premier League teams on Wednesday over the disbursement of the FIFA COVID-19 relief fund.

The disbursement of the fund by the Ghana FA has been met by some strong dissatisfaction from the various stakeholders.

The GFA is set to explain to the clubs the rationale behind the disbursement of FIFA COVID-19 relief fund at the meeting which is expected to be held via zoom.

Meanwhile, President of Ghana Premier League side, Berekum Chelsea Nana Kwame Nketiah in an interview disclosed that the Premier League clubs have decided not to express their grievances in the media concerning the issue until they meet the Ghana FA.

"Unlike the Division One clubs, we want to meet the GFA Prez and his EXCO to ascertain the reasons behind the disbursement, we are not satisfied and need explanations but we want to take the right channel", he told Oyerepa FM.

"How do you give GHALCA $2000,we are the same clubs they want to help so why don't you give to us. I am pretty sure we will get more after our meeting with them", he added.
