Ghana goalkeeper Abdul Manaf Nurudeen gets three-year contract extension at KAS Eupen

Ghana international goalkeeper Abdul Manaf Nurudeen has been handed contract extension at Belgian Jupiler Pro League side KAS Eupen after an impressive season.

The 23-year-old's current contract was supposed to expire in June 2023 but has been given an extension which will see him at the club until 2026.

Nurudeen has been outstanding for Eupen in the Belgian League and the Belgian Cup this season having made 24 appearances in all competitions this campaign.

The former Ghana U20 goalkeeper conceded 40 goals and managed to keep 3 sheets in process. He made two appearances in the team of the week with his impressive displays.

Nurudeen joined Eupen in July 2017 from the Aspire Football Academy in Senegal and made his senior debut on 7 November 2020 against Waasland Beveren in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League.

He made his Ghana debut on January 5, 2022 in an international friendly match against Algeria during preparations for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.

Nurudeen made the final squad for the Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
