Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda to join Chippa United today

Ghana goalkeeper will join his new teammates at Chippa United on Wednesday after agreeing a six-month loan deal with the newly promoted Absa Premiership side.

The 29-year-old is expected to complete his departure formalities with Orlando Pirates who still own his economic rights.

Ghana’s leading football website GHANASoccernet.com broke the news of Dauda’s loan move to the Chilliboyz on Tuesday.

Chippa’s are a club from Cape Town but will play their home games in Port Elizabeth.

“We are just putting departure formalities together to get Dauda Join us tomorrow as the PSL league starts next season,” an insider told GHANASoccernet.com

GHANASoccernet.com understands, the 2014 World Cup goalkeeper will still enjoy his monthly salary at Orlando Pirates.
