Ghana goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi gave his shirt to a Swiss pitch invader on Sunday.
A fan ran onto the field after St Gallen had lost 2-1 at home to Sion for Ati-Zigi’s shirt and he was lucky to get it.
It was his 100th game in the Swiss Super League, and despite failing to keep a clean sheet, he put in a good performance.
In six league appearances this season, the 25-year-old has kept two clean sheets.
Ati-Zigi has been left out of Ghana's squad for this month's pre-2022 World Cup friendlies against Brazil and Nicaragua.
Following the latest decision by Black Stars coach Otto Addo, his chances of going to Qatar are now slim.
