Assistant referee Slyvester Bunuedi has been handed a four-week ban for his below par performance during the fixture between Heart of Lions and Dwarfs.

He was hauled before the Referees Review Panel and found culpable for an incorrect decision during the week three clash in Kpando.

A statement read: "By positioning yourself technically in the 31st minute of the game for the award of penalty when the referee actually awarded a goal-kick, you have been banned for four (4) weeks with effect from from the 7th week of the GLO Premier League.''

Also, the match commissioner for the Heart of Oak-Chelsea fixture in Accra Alex Azameti has been cautioned.

"Your report did not help the panel in its review exercise, you are hereby cautioned to present accurate information of the proceedings in your future assignment," A statement read.
