Ghana failed to win this year's Cup of Nations for Amputee Football by losing 3-2 on penalties to Liberia in the final at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.
The Black Challenge threw away to a two goal lead and allowed the Liberians to draw level.
Both team went on to tie 3-3 after extra-time.
It went to penalty shoot-out and Ghana could not meet expectations in front of quite an appreciable crowd at the Stadium.
