Midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey will miss Amiens' Ligue II clash against Rodez after he was granted permission to leave for Ghana to attend to family matters. 

Lomotey's wife is about to give birth to their first child, and Amiens gave the player go ahead to be with his wife.

His absence will be a huge blow for Amiens who are hoping to continue their decent run of form in the French Ligue II.

Amiens are unbeaten in their last four matches with the Ghana international playing a key role at the club this season.

The versatile player has made 19 appearances for Amiens in the Ligue II this season.

Meanwhile, compatriot Nicholas Opoku will miss the match due to injury.
