Ghana international Jeffrey Schlupp has been presented with the English FA Cup medal following Crystal Palace's triumph in the final on Saturday.

Schlupp spent the second half of the season in Scotland with Celtic, where he won the league title, but received a medal for Palace's FA Cup success after making an appearance for the club before leaving on loan.

The former Leicester City winger featured in the third round victory over Stockport County, his only appearance in the competition.

The German-born Ghanaian celebrated the moment, posting on his Instagram Story after receiving his medal.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, the South London club shocked former Premier League champions Manchester City to win their first-ever major silverware.

England midfielder Eberechi Eze netted the winner in the 16th minute after meeting a Daniel Munoz cross.

Later in the game, Egypt winger Omar Marmoush missed a penalty as Pep Guardiola's men end the season without a trophy.

Schlupp, however, has just a month left on his current deal with the Eagles, having spent eight years at Crystal Palace.
