The attacking winger showed class as he dominated the midfield battle and produced an eye-catching performance for the visitors.
Sarfo created several goal scoring chances but Olympiakos were profligate.
His outstanding display saw him last the entire duration of the game despite failing to score as Olympiakos returned to Nicosia with a point.
