Ghana midfielder Laryea Kingston signs for Hearts of Oak

Ghana midfielder Laryea Kingston has completed his return to local side Hearts of Oak for the remainder of the season as a free agent, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

"He signed every document this morning (Monday) at the club's secretariat and he decided not to take anything as transfer fee. All he has asked for is fuel coupon," a confidant told GHANAsoccernet.com

The 30-year-old has been training with the club since terminating his contract with Dutch Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem in December last year.

Kingston will be available for selection for Sunday's Ghana Premier League trip to Wa All Stars.

His comeback to the local league is expected to keep him in shape ahead of a move abroad in the summer transfer window.

He played for Hearts of Oak from 2001to 2003 before leaving for Israeli side Maccabi Ahi Nazareth.

Hearts lie 10th on the league table from 22 matches.
