Ghana midfielder Yaw Yeboah scores but Wisla Krakow suffer home defeat in Polish Ekstraklasa

Ghana international midfielder Yaw Yeboah was on target for the second time this season in the Polish Ekstraklasa on Sunday when Wisla Krakow suffered defeat at home.

Yeboah scored the consolation as Wisla succumbed to Raków Częstochowa with a 2-1 loss at the Stadion Miejski im. Henryka Reymana in Krakow.

The former Ghana U23 captain opened the scoring of the match after 24 minutes after being set up by Jan Kliment.

Marcin Cebula got the visitors back in the game in the 61st minute with the equaliser.

Vladislavs Gutkovskis sealed the victory for Raków with eleven minutes left on the clock.

Yeboah has made two goals out of two appearances in the Polish top-flight this term.
