Ghana Premier League Match Report: Inter Allies 1-1 AshantiGold - Jimmy Cobblah begins Allies reign with Miners stalemate

Jimmy Cobblah began his reign as the new trainer of Inter Allies FC with a 1-1 draw against Ashanti Gold SC at the Tema stadium on Wednesday.

The two clubs shared the spoils after an entertaining exchanges in a 90th minutes packed of actions. The first half ended with none of the teams finding the back of the team.

Inter Allies FC took the lead in the second half with a cool finish by Frederick Boateng. Ashanti Gold SC made a quick response after Dauda Mohammed scored from the spot to claim one point for the league champions.

Fatau Dauda a last minute save to deny Inter Allies FC from clinching all the three points at home.

Ashanti Gold SC play host to Wa All Stars on Sunday with Inter Allies FC playing as guest to Asante Kotoko.

Inter Allies now lie 15th with 11 points after 12 games.
