Ghana Premier League Match Report: WAFA 2-0 Ebusua Dwarfs - Charles Boateng on target again as exciting youngsters consign Mysterious Club to defeat

West African Football Academy claimed a decent 2-0 over Ebusua Dwarfs at the WAFA Park in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

Captain Charles Boateng repeated his scoring performance from the mid-week after firing John Killa's men ahead in the 26th minute.

Ibrahim Tanko added nailed the coffin of a Dwarfs who created minimal chances against an industrious youngsters in Sogakope.

The youngster emerged in the box to beautifully finish off a move he initiated from the midfield to register his fourth goal in the campaign. Dwarfs tried setting the offside trap which went bad and Boateng sneaked in to pick the ball bury his effort into Akwasi Acheampong's net.

WAFA went into the game without their leading scorer Samuel Tetteh who was sent off against Hearts of Oak after picking a double booking.

Killa's boy elaborated their impressive passing game after abandoning the style in the midweek duel at the Accra Sports Stadium.

This was a game plan Dwarfs could not keep up and the hosts kept dictating the pace of the game at their own time and authority with Dwarfs having almost no say.

Nicholas Gyan had a glorious opportunity to restore parity for Dwarfs but the striker shot wide.

Tanko Ibrahim added the second goal for WAFA after continuing their dominance in the second-half of the game.
