Chief Executive Officer of Aduana Stars, Albert Yaya Commey has denied reports that the club has not transfer-listed any player insisting they are only not renewing the contracts of some of the players.

Reports were rife in the media that many players have been transfer-listed by the 2010 champions including James Abban.

But according to the CEO of the Dormaa-based side, the new policy of the club does not allow certain players within specific age brackets to play for the club.

He added that the club will not be using players whose ages are beyond twenty-five and have since decided not to call them back into the side.

“We have not transfer-listed any player. What we have done is that players whose performances were not satisfactory will not be called back. More especially those whose contracts have ended,” Commey told Ghanasoccernet.com

“For those who do not fall into our plans but still have contracts with us, we are ready to offload them. But we have not officially transfer-listed any player as of now,” he added.

Aduana Stars have been busy on the transfer market making four additions to their side including Yaya Mohammed and Stephen Anokye Badu.
