Former Black Maidens star Ernestina Abambila has joined Youngstown State on a two-year deal.
She reunites with her former coach at Mississippi Fabio Boateng where they helped Delta Devils to reach the Southwestern Athletic Conference Regular-Season Championship in 2015.
Coach Boateng lauded the qualities of the Ghanaian star: “Ernestina is a special player who has exceptional technical ability.
“Her ability to win the ball and help keep possession will make her a great fit for our program.”
Youngstown State will start pre season on 01 August ahead of their season proper on 19 August.
