Ghana striker Mahatma Otoo highlighted his impressive scoring form by grabbing a brace for Sogndal FF in their 3-0 triumph over Strømmen in a fourth round tie of the Norwegian FA Cup on Wednesday afternoon.

The former Hearts of Oak striker who was named on the Ghana standby list for the 2014 World Cup, scored the opening goal two minutes into the second-half before doubling his tally in the 66th minute as Sogndal bundled out the second-tier side from the competition.

Otoo, 22, has hit a rich vein of form in the early season in Norway after netting 5 league goals and scoring thrice to ensure his side remains in contention for the FA Cup trophy.

Meanwhile absence of Adam Kwarasey at Stromsgodset meant exit from the competition as they suffered a 4-2 loss after extra-time to crash out of the competition.

Stromsgodset are already feeling the absence of the Ghana international glovesman as they have not picked a win since the 25-year-old joined the Ghana camp.
