Ghana to know 2022 World Cup playoffs fate on Tuesday after South Africa protest at FIFA

The Black Stars will know their opponents for next year's 2022 World Cup play-offs after a decision over the game between Ghana and South Africa is made by FIFA following SAFA's protest. 

The South Africa Football Federation has reported the Ghana Football Association and match officials for "cheating" and "unfair" officiating.

FIFA has stated November 23, 2021 as the date for a resolution to be made after confirming receipt of South Africa's complain.

It has also asked Ghana to respond, which the FA did on Thursday morning.

FIFA will review the game and all other issues with regards to the match before a conclusion is drawn.

However as it stands, the Black Stars are among the ten countries to qualify for the play-offs, with a draw scheduled for next month.

The Black Stars have been to three World Cups from 2006 to 2014 but missed the 2018 edition in Russia,
