The Ghana Football Association has confirmed the Stade Municipal as venue for Tuesday's international friendly against Gabon.
The 37,000 capacity stadium hosts the French Ligue 1 matches for Toulouse FC.
The Black Stars will play the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations co-hosts at 17:00 GMT.
The friendly match will prepare both sides for the tournament which begins on 21 January.
