Ghana Television has been contracted by the Confederation of African Football (Caf) to produce live matches in West Africa.

A 23-man crew headed by producer George Lomotey will work with the Sportfive team.

The team was in Abidjan two weeks ago for the live broadcast of the Caf Confederation Cup match between ASEC Mimosas and Club African.

The GTV crew next assignment will be the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier between the Black Stars and Swaziland at the Baba Yara Stadium in September.
