Two Ghana Under-20 players Alfred Nelson and Jacob Appau left the team's camp in Italy for trials in France ahead of the winter transfer window.

MTNFootball.com sources claim 19-year-old Nelson will undergo trials at French second-tier side Bastia.

The Liberty Professionals centre-back was impressed during the Black Satellites tour of Italy.

Offensive midfielder Appau has been linked with Bastia and Rennes as well.

The 18-year-old Medeama player will be attempted to secure a deal after non-football reasons denied him a permanent contract abroad.

The duo was accompanied by renowned Fifa agent Fabien Piveteau after the 1-0 defeat to Parma at the Stadio Tardini on Saturday.
