Ghana U17 coach Fabin satisfied with team's progress

Ghana U17 coach Paa Kwesi Fabin believes his side is battle-ready to face South Africa in the CAN U-17 qualifier.

The Black Starlets have been fine-tuning their preparation for their first leg qualifier against South Africa's Amajimbos in mid November.

Fabin's side are undefeated in their nation-wide tour and demolished a lower-tier side 12-0 a fortnight ago.

The former Heart of Lions coach is confident his side is prepared to face South Africa any day.

"We are very much ready for the game considering the progress of the boys," he told Accra-based Happy FM.

"The last time we defeated a side 12-0 and that was shameful for the side. The academy boys have aided things greatly."
