Ghana’s U17 women’s team will finalize their preparations ahead of the World Cup with a training tour of the USA.
The Black Maidens are scheduled to play a couple of friendly matches while on tour in California days towards the commencement of the World Cup in Costa Rica.
The team will be put through an intensive weeks of preparations starting from January 5.
The girls during this period are scheduled to test themselves with a planned two-legged international friendly against Nigeria.
The venues and dates for the friendly games are however yet to be confirmed by the Ghana FA.
Ghana’s U17 team are making a third successive appearance at the World Cup.
The Black Maidens will be doing battle in a tough group which include North Korea, Germany and Canada.
