Ghana U17 handed keeper boost to face South Africa's Amajimbos

Ghana Under-17 first choice goalkeeper Solomon Addo has regained full fitness ahead of their final CAF U17 Championship qualifier.

The DC United shot-stopper had to leave camp because of a back injury but has returned to action in three pre-season matches.

Addo, 16, is the safest pair of hands for head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin who wants to qualify the team to the next year's finals in Morocco.

The Black Starlets are currently in Takoradi to fine-tune their preparations before the two-legged final round qualifiers.

Ghana travel to face South Africa's Amajimbos later this month in the first leg tie.
