Italy-based striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom scored the equalizer for Ghana to draw 1-1 with Gambia in a crucial African Youth Championship Group B match on Thursday.
The Genoa player's blistering header bounced on the turf at the near post to beat the Gambia goalkeeper.
Gambia took a 0-1 lead in the 23rd minute through Boubacar Jammeh who unleashed a powerful flyer inside the box.
But the goalscorer was flashed the red card for a double footed challenge on Ghana right-back Richmond Nketiah.
