All Ghana U20 players have been passed fit for the crucial second group game at the African Youth Championships against Benin on Tuesday.

The Black Satellites need a win to get their campaign back on track following their opening day defeat to Egypt.

Ghana were downed 2-1 by the Young Pharaohs and must now beat Benin on Tuesday to get off the board in Group A.

And team doctor Prince Pamboe says all the players are fit for selection.

“Every player in camp now is fit and available for the coach to choose,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“All knocks from previous game have been dealt with. I am operating a clean medical sheet.”

Ghana is currently propping up Group A haven been the only side without a point after the first round of games.
