Ghana Under-23 coach Akwasi Appiah says his side cannot afford any slip ups after arriving in South Africa on Thursday morning for their pre-All Africa Games camping.
The ex-international defender will use the six-day stay to acclimatize and finalize preparations for the multi-sport event which will be held in Maputo, Mozambique.
The Black Meteors will play South African top flight side Sundowns and some yet-to-beà à named sides in test matches.
Ghana will face the 2007 gold medalists Cameroon, Uganda and Senegal in Group B.
