Ghana's Under-23 team will know its Groups opponents at this year's All Africa Games when the draw is held in Cairo on 12 July.
The Black Meteors beat Nigeria's Dream Team V 2-0 on Sunday to advance on the away goal rule after losing 3-1 in the first leg.
Cameroon, South Africa and Guinea have so far confirmed their places for the tournament.
The eight teams will be divided into two groups of four teams.
The two top teams from each group will play the semifinals before the final match.
Seven countries will join host Mozambique for the tournament which takes place from 3-18 September.
