Ghana winger Nana Ampomah donates to Narh-Bita Hospital to aid fight against Coronavirus

Ghana and Fortuna Düsseldorf midfielder Nana Amponsah has joined the fight against the coronavirus outbreak by donating items to the Narh-Bita Hospital.

Ghana has recorded 141 cases with four people confirmed dead as of 28 March, 2020.

Ampomah donated items worth thousands of Ghana cedis to the Narh-Bita Hospital  located at Tema Community 4 to aid in the fight against the deadly disease which is on the rise in the West African country.

The items donated included ,5 big drums of Veronica Buckets, 500 pieces of hand gloves, 3 boxes of exotic hand sanitizers, 10 packs of Bel, Aquah water,  20 bottles of liquid soap, 5 bundles of tissue paper and undisclosed amount of money.

Management of the hospital thanked the player and his representatives for the kind gesture during this difficult and trying  times.

The 24-year old joins a list of footballer stars to have joined the campaign to fight the Covid-19 which has claimed a lot fo lives world wide.
