Ghana winger Osman Bukari provides assist as FC Nantes shock Stade Rennais

Ghana winger Osman Bukari continued his rich run of form in the French Ligue 1 after providing an assist in FC Nantes victory over Stade Rennais.

Fresh off winning the French Cup, the Black Stars forward started and lasted 67 minutes as the Canaries recovered from a goal down to win 2-1 at the Stade de la Baujoire.

Bukari served Kalifa Coulibaly with an exquisite assist to cancel Flavien Tait's 32rd minute lead.

The 22-year-old was replaced by French-born Ghanaian Dennis Appiah before Nicolas Pallois netted the winner in the 74th minute.

The Ghana international is enjoying a good campaign in France since joining on loan from KAA Gent at the start of the season.

Bukari is expected to return to Belgium and rejoin parent club KAA Gent at the end of the season, but following his impressive display in France, it looks like the former Accra Lions man might be making a move.

The Black Stars forward netted two goals and provided four assists across all competitions for the French outfit.
